About Me
Namaste! Sarah Ji here.
And this is my one-page portfolio
to summarize what I do for your reference
on possible future projects.
For a quick overview:
I started as a yoga practitioner in 2014
after 7 years of corporate work experience.
It was a big shift that led me to spend a total of
2.3 years journeying between India and Thailand
to study a number of mind and body lessons
that focused on bodywork techniques.
I had the opportunity to give sessions to
a wide variety of people from around the world
for the past 7 years, and had been invited
at different communities as well as on
several news channels to share the benefits
of these holistic practices as life skills.
